Nano ATO dispersion (ST30S) is an aqueous solution of antimony tin oxide (ATO) powder, appearing blue-black, and serves as a transparent conductive agent
and thermal insulation additive. With a particle size of 20nm and a solid content of 30-40%, the product concentration can be adjusted according to customer requirements. The nano ATO slurry is
produced by our company using advanced dispersion technology to uniformly disperse nano ATO into an aqueous solvent, forming a stable aqueous ATO dispersion. Additionally, we can
provide customized ATO slurries with different solvents, addressing the challenges of poor dispersion, easy agglomeration, and poor long-term storage stability of nanoparticles,
fully demonstrating the advantages of uniform dispersion at the nanoscale.
Nano ATO dispersion (ST30S) is an ideal thermal insulation material. To achieve stable performance of ATO nano dispersions and measure
the transparency and thermal insulation properties of ATO coatings, we studied the effects of dispersants and sand milling on the stability of ATO dispersions, concluding that adding
appropriate dispersants and sand milling for 2.0 hours is beneficial for the dispersion of ATO. We characterized the morphology, nanostructure, and particle size distribution of ATO dispersions
using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), laser particle size analyzers, and spectrometers. The results
show that the average particle size of the dispersion is about 50 nm, and the absolute values of all zeta potentials are greater than 40 mV. Using the spin-coating method, thermal insulation aqueous coatings were applied
on quartz glass. As the ATO content increased, the thermal insulation effect became significant, with a difference of about 10°C between the ATO sample and the blank sample under these conditions, while maintaining high visible light transmittance.
In glass thermal insulation materials, nano ATO dispersion (ST30S) can serve as the main component of thermal insulation coatings, improving the thermal insulation performance
of glass and reducing building energy consumption. In new thermal insulation coatings, it can also act as the primary thermal insulation additive, enhancing the coating's thermal insulation effect.
